Availability rooms
- Check-in on the day of arrival between 4 pm and 6 pm.
- Earlier check-in is unfortunately not possible.
- Checking out on the day of departure until 10:30 am.
Breakfast
- Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 09:00 am.
- Breakfast is included (unless agreed otherwise).
- Vegan Breakfast is not possible.
House rules
- Everyone is welcome in Ard’envie, we make no distinction according to preferences, origin or what so ever.
- All rooms are non-smoking rooms. 150 Euro smoking fee charged!
- Noise disturbance should be avoided between 23:00 and 07:00.
- Radios and televisions and other sound sources must not cause disturbance to others.
- The entire Bed & Breakfast accommodation is suitable for overnight stays for a maximum of nine people in total.
- The owner is not liable for damages, losses or theft of property of the users.
- Surcharge for only 1 night stay : 20 euro
Pets
- Your dear four-legged friend can also come to us for overnight accommodation.
- Please inform us in advance and you need to bring your own dog crate. Not all rooms are suitable for dogs.
- The supplement is 15 euros per dog per night (with a maximum of 30 euros per stay).
- However, a pet is not allowed in the breakfast room.
- The rooms are located on the first and second floor.
- Pets are not allowed on beds or seats!

- A deposit of min. 50% per room, per night is requested at the time of booking

Cancellation / No-Show (per room)
If you are unable to meet the contract, you must report this to us as soon as possible so that we can still offer the vacated Bed & Breakfast reservation to third parties.
In case of cancellation the tenant pays a fee to the manager:
- in case of cancellation before 45 days before date of arrival, we charge 30% of the agreed price for your stay.
- in the event of cancellation between 45 and 30 days before date of arrival, we charge 60% of the agreed price;
- in the event of cancellation within 30 days before date of arrival, 100% of the agreed price is charged.
- if you do not show up without any cancellation in advance 100% of your room rate will be charged.
- Reservations which were already postponed in 2020 free of charge because of Covid-19 can only be cancelled in 2021 after payment of the cancellations costs for the amount already paid in advance.From 2023, all deferred bookings expire and a refund is no longer possible.
- Administrative costs are always 25 euro.
The amount due must be transferred within 14 days on the account number of the owner.
In case of dispute, only the courts of Hasselt-Tongeren shall have sole jurisdiction.
Holiday home – guesthouse
Check the terms of conditions in your rental contract and house rules.
In case of cancelation: if you have booked our guesthouse via email there is a 100% cancelation cost in case you cancel this later than 24hours.
